Wonderful experience here. Very easy and fast communication. Location is very handy. Nice kitchen and bathroom area, comfortable beds. It is near the nightlife so expect hustle and bustle. Check out time is incredibly early at 09:30, but check in at 14:00 is convenient. I think it's a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.
This hotel is located very well, easy to find. 1min to Tesco and Sainsbury's. Around is a lot of pubs. Clean the bathroom with spare shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen is very clean, and the breakfast is kindly provided. My room was with a very small window and this was a big issue for me. Should be mentioned in booking. Overall, I'm happy with this place
For the price room size was more than good. Bathroom and toilet was clean. Kitchen was adequate and clean with good breakfast options. And location could not better.
We stayed at this lovely accommodation for two nights, from Wednesday until today, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and felt very fresh, which we truly appreciated. The location is very central, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The price was also excellent — very reasonable for what was offered. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Everything was peaceful and quiet, and it truly felt like great value for money. Highly recommended!
Great spot, very central to the rest of the city attractions. Rooms were smaller but that forces you to be out and about more. Brekkie was included every morning (toast, cereal and coffee).
Very easy and nice experience with the guest house hotel. We were allowed to drop off our bags prior to checking in to maximise our holiday to edinburgh. And allowed to keep them in the guesthouse pior to leaving for the airport to make the most of our last day. The rooms are small but well kept and ideal for convenience place to sleep. The hotel holds shared bathroom facilities that are ideal for a shower and refresh after a long day. The floor is missing a bit of flooring under the bathroom flooring, but other than that, it was ideal. The location is ideal for local bars. Cafes, musuem, and tourists hotspots. If you stop in room 1 . Your room does back onto the ally where u have many people stagger past after a nights clubbing. But I had no issues. Will highly recommend for a budget stay
Personally I loved it. It's a building spread out over three floors. 2 shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen (I didn't get to use it or even see it). A fairly tight bedroom for sure but if you just need a roof over your head at a location that is conveniently located in the old town at a reasonable rate, then you really can't go wrong here. Amanda is very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic
As someone who is obsessively hygienic I loved staying here. Was initially worried as it was the cheap but amazing rooms super clean washroom, Definitely worth staying here as it is in the heart of the city.
